Membership Fee

As we are an association, we require all families to be members.

To become a member requires a registration fee of £20.00 per child and then an annual membership fee of £5.00 per child.  There are some forms you need to complete but they are simple and you can download them and print them from this page.

There are three forms you need (which can be obtained in person or you can click on the form title to download them):

  1. Our Association membership form
  2. Parent declaration form which is required by the Council
  3. Registration for the specific service you require:
    1. Breakfast, after school and holiday club registration form
    2. Pre-school registration form

Payments of fees

We are a non-profit making, charity run pre-school and rely on payments to offer the best level of care and opportunities to your children therefore if your child has a funded place we ask for an additional fee of £1.50 per session.  For Additional fees or session fees for non-funded places/hours you will be invoiced for your sessions at the beginning of each term.

Fees are payable directly to our bank account or by cash.  Please refer to our fees policy for further guidance.  Late payments or non-payment may risk your child’s place so it is important that payments do not fall behind.
