Our Team at Beaufort Childcare

All our staff are committed to provide all our children a safe, fun and educational environment. We know by entrusting us with the care of your child that you want the very best for them and we aim to deliver this with every session. We listen to our children so they feel valued and able to contribute. We also listen to parents who know their children so well. Adele

Adele is the Preschool Manager. 

Length of service at Beaufort –  5 years

Quals: Currently working towards the NCFE Level 5 Children, young People and Families Manager

Cache Level 4 Early Years Advanced incorporating SEN and PANCo

Cache Level 3 Early Years Educator

Designated safeguarding lead, Behaviour management, Deputy SENCo and holds a current Paediatric first Aid qualification.

Skills: Anything creative, keeping exotic pets and multitasking!

Likes/interests:  loves the sea/beach, binge watching box sets and smarties!

Dislikes: Monkies!

James 

James is our Afterschool/Breakfast Club Manager. 

Length of service at Beaufort – 23 Years!!!

He has a Cache Level 3 childcare qualification

NVQ Level 2 Childcare

NVQ Level 2 Playwork

 Our appointed Health and Safety Officer, Fire Officer and holds a current Paediatric First Aid qualification.

Skills: Most organised person on the planet, neat and tidy and never misses a birthday.

Likes/interests: Star Wars, collectables and films

Dislike: Buttons!

Jon

Jon is our Deputy Manager for Childcare groups.

He has been working at Beaufort for 13 years.

Quals: Level 3 Early Years

Safeguarding Deputy, Behaviour management, SENCo, and holds a current paediatric First Aid qualification.

Skills: Jon has a Drama degree and does the best circle times!

Likes/interests: Jon is a big wrestling fan & AFC Bournemouth.

Dislikes: He loves everything!
